Refunds for digital products
Digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery. Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, failed delivery, wrong file sent, or technical delivery problems.
How to request
Email careyboothe@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout, and describe the problem. Where a refund is granted, it returns to your original payment method.
Payment provider
Refunds are also subject to the policies of our payment provider (PayPal), which may offer its own buyer protection.
